UHRUC often collaborates with Melody Edwards on Workplace Investigations and other Human Resources and Organizational Development opportunities. Melody brings 20 years of HR experience in addition to 10 years of college teaching experience. She has worked in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, non-profit, insurance, electric utility, hospitality, and information technology.
Melody currently teaches HR courses full time and operates her own HR consulting firm. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society of Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certified Practitioner, certified Strategic Workforce Planner, certified Strategic HR Business Partner, and certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
