Oklahoma Labor Law Poster Change

The Oklahoma Office of Civil Rights Enforcement has made a mandatory change to its discrimination posting to update reporting procedures and contact information effective August 9, 2018.

The poster no longer notes that filing a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights Enforcement is a prerequisite to filing suit in court. In addition, the Tulsa address has been replaced by an Oklahoma City address.

PHR/SPHR Certification Preparation Courses

Ultimate HR is proud to be partnering with Metro Tech to offer 2 PHR/SPHR Certification Preparation courses in the first half of 2018.  Course dates are February 21 through March 28 and April 11 through May 16. 

The 6-week certification preparation course focuses on the bodies of knowledge and the foundation of the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) exam for Professional and Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR). 

Ultimate HR is an HRCI Approved Provider

In addition to Ultimate HR being an Approved Certification Preparation Provider with the HR Certification Institute, we are now an Approved Continuing Education Provider!  This means that HR professionals can attend our training sessions and earn credits towards their recertification!  Our goal is to provide HR professionals with continuing education that will help them grow and advance in their career and in their organization.  We're continually adding training programs for approval and we want to hear from you!  If there are any HR topics that you would find valuable as a training course
